Germany, Austria, Switzerland (DACH). We understand the cultural nuances of the German-speaking mid-market and operate in our home region.

Ownership Structure

Majority and minority stakes. We adapt to the seller's needs – full acquisition, partial sale or partnership structure.

Business Model

Established market position, sustainable margins, recurring revenues. We avoid start-ups and loss-makers – we look for substance and durability.

Management

Experienced management or a clear succession solution. For us, the team is decisive – we invest in people, not just figures.
